Delete your account in the app

In the Urlbeo app, open:

Settings → Danger zone → Delete account

Before you confirm, a modal explains that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It also explains that:

• your public profile will no longer be accessible;
• all links and profile data will be permanently removed;
• you will be signed out immediately after deletion;
• the action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

You can also request deletion by emailing support@urlbeo.com from the email address associated with your Urlbeo account.

Include your Urlbeo username and use the subject line Delete my Urlbeo account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account. Never send your password.

What will be deleted

• your Urlbeo account and username;
• your name, biography, and profile picture;
• your links and their display settings;
• your public Urlbeo profile;
• authentication information associated with the account.

Deleting the Urlbeo application from your phone does not delete your account.

How long deletion takes

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Protected backup copies may remain for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten or securely deleted.

Limited information may be kept longer when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms.

Before deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent:

• your public profile will stop being available;
• your links and profile content cannot be recovered;
• your username may become available for another user in the future.

If you only want to remove a link or change what appears publicly, edit or deactivate that link instead.
