Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Urlbeo mobile application, website, public profiles, and related services. Urlbeo is operated by Kevin Nimi, an individual based in Quebec, Canada.

By creating an account or using Urlbeo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Urlbeo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may only use Urlbeo with that permission.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and remain responsible for activity through your account.

You may not impersonate others, use information you are not authorized to use, create accounts through abusive automation, or share account access in a way that creates a security risk.

Notify support@urlbeo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The Urlbeo service

Urlbeo lets users create a public profile containing information and links. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

Urlbeo is currently free. If paid features are introduced, their price and additional terms will be shown before purchase.

4. Public content

Your username, display name, biography, profile picture, and active links are public. Anyone with your profile URL may view, copy, or share that information. You remain responsible for your content and links.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Urlbeo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and technically process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for temporary backup copies and legally required retention. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content.

5. Prohibited use and content

You may not use Urlbeo to publish, promote, or facilitate:

  • fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive activity;
  • malware or attempts to compromise devices or accounts;
  • illegal goods, services, or activity;
  • sexual exploitation or abuse of children;
  • non-consensual intimate content;
  • credible threats, violence, terrorism, or dangerous criminal activity;
  • harassment, hateful conduct, or targeted abuse;
  • content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • spam, misleading links, or unauthorized bulk communications;
  • any activity that violates applicable law.

You may not interfere with Urlbeo, bypass security measures, overload its infrastructure, scrape it abusively, or use it to build a competing dataset without permission.

6. Moderation and reports

Urlbeo may investigate reports, remove links or profiles, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or the law have been violated.

To report a profile or link, email support@urlbeo.com and include the profile URL and the reason for your report.

7. External links

Urlbeo does not control, endorse, or guarantee the third-party websites selected by users. Visit external links at your own discretion and review their terms and policies.

8. Intellectual property

The Urlbeo name, logo, software, visual design, and original content are owned by Kevin Nimi or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws.

To report a possible infringement, contact support@urlbeo.com with enough information for us to assess the claim.

9. Account deletion and termination

You can permanently delete your account in the Urlbeo app through Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Before you confirm, the app explains that the action cannot be undone, your public profile will no longer be accessible, all links and profile data will be removed, and you will be signed out immediately. See our Delete Account instructions.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the service.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability

Urlbeo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that every external link will remain available or safe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Nimi and Urlbeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urlbeo's total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Urlbeo during the previous 12 months or CAD $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Kevin Nimi and Urlbeo against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Before formal proceedings, contact us and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Urlbeo evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using Urlbeo and request account deletion.
